These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SpaceCrop website, APIs, platforms, analytics services, and related materials (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Services

SpaceCrop provides climate intelligence infrastructure, including but not limited to:

• Satellite-derived environmental analytics
• Predictive modeling and risk insights
• Data APIs and integrations
• Customised enterprise platforms
• Field telemetry and sensor integration (where applicable)

Service scope, performance terms, and deliverables for enterprise clients are governed separately under written agreements or Master Service Agreements (MSA).

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services without authorization
• Interfere with system integrity or security
